Engineering software should feel like a precise instrument — and when AI starts touching real work, it has to earn trust before it earns a click. Hunter Miodek Technologies builds tools that put the engineer in control: plan, preview, confirm, verify, undo. We’d rather be careful and useful than flashy and unsafe.

Hunter Miodek Technologies is founder-built. The work starts from a simple belief: the hard part of “AI for engineering” isn’t the model — it’s the safety, the verification, and the craft that make a professional trust it on real work. That’s where the effort goes, and it’s the reason the first product, Drafton, leads with a transaction-and-rollback safety model rather than a chat box.
Design ethos
Mid-century modern, for modern machines.
One visual system runs across everything we make — Swiss poster meets Apollo-era control panel. Flat and bold, never retro-kitsch: oxblood signal fields, bone paper surfaces, thin registration rules, and geometric marks. Type does most of the work; restraint does the rest.

Lean by choice — BYOK-first, no surprise costs, no lock-in. We build what we’d want to use.
